A birthday party time duration is one and a half hours. During your reservation, you have a reserved room with a party host who helps assist with the party. Wristbands for the attractions are valid for the entire day. (With the exemption of the Classic Combo Lazer Odyssey package with 2 missions.)
Fiesta Village’s Party Menu offers tasty food options for you and your party guests. FOOD MENU If you wish to bring in your own selection of food, you may do so with the Facility Fee of $75. Please note: There is no charge to bring in your own cake.
We require reservations be made at least 48 hours in advance. However, we encourage to book sooner than later. Party areas are based on a first- come, first- served basis and book up quickly.
If unexpected guests show up that you are not prepared to pay for, they can ONLY receive the special Party Rate during the reserved party time by paying you and then you paying the party host. We require one transaction per party. Otherwise, they will be charged the full admission rate.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is needed in order to hold your desired time and area for the day requested to have the event. The $50 deposit will go toward the final cost of your party. In the event the party has to be canceled, a Fiesta Village gift certificate valued at the deposit price will be issued to recipient.
A complimentary Party Host is provided to assist you with your party during the hour & a half in your reserved area. Host responsibilities include:
- Greeting you & your party guests
- Checking in & directing your party to your reserved party area
- Entertaining the kids by providing fun games
- Delivering and serving any food and drinks ordered.
- Coordinating the singing of the Birthday Song & your Party Host will cut & serve the birthday cake
- The opening of the birthday gifts (If you’d like)
- Checking out your party & cleaning up your party area.

Only guests whom wish to participate in activities are required to have a wristband. Non-participants do not need a wristband and will not be charged.
You can pay your entire total when your area time is complete with your party host. We recommend you have an open Tab during your party to help things go smoothly.
We recommend you leave your Credit Card number on an Order Form when you arrive so you can run a “Tab” for your party. It works the following way: We will check out as many wristbands as you think you need & put them on your tab. Any pizza or sodas that you order will also go on the tab.
**You MUST cash out before leaving your party area** At that time you may return any unused wristbands and not be charged for them (“unused” means they have not been put on a guest’s wrist).
