What do I need to bring to Fiesta Village?
For your event to Fiesta Village please bring with you:
- Form of Payment (We accept Check, Cash, PO, Credit Card)
- Wristbands (You don’t want to forget these) Please wristband students before arriving to Fiesta Village
- Chaperone Wristbands (Adults need wristbands too!)
- Unused wristbands (Turn those in so you are not charged for them)
- Bus Driver Information sheet (Please hand to bus driver before departing school)
What can students bring/wear?
Please inform your students before the trip of what they should bring and wear for their trip! Students can bring:
Extra Money for:- Lazer Tag $5 per game
- Lockers $5 All Day
- Skating & Rentals $5 All Day
- Dairy Queen prices vary
- Arcade prices vary
- Students cannot ride Rides or Go Karts in wet clothes!
- Must wear shoes on the rides (cannot ride barefoot)
- For Waterpark Swimsuit is required (No Jeans or Cotton Material allowed on slides)
- We have changing areas/rooms available.
Upon Arriving to Fiesta Village
When you get to Fiesta Village please keep students on the bus until a Fiesta Village Ambassador greets the students! They will have a quick talk with the students to make sure everyone knows their lunch time and make sure everyone has their wristband on!
The Fiesta Village Ambassador will walk all students from the school down to your designated area
The school representative that is in charge of the field trip on the day of will receive a text from Fiesta Village when it is their time come to the office to Check In
